In this role, you will manage invoice collections and resolve customer account issues, ensuring accounts remain within agreed credit terms./ppResponsibilities:/pulliCoordinate invoice collections and resolve customer account issues./liliWork independently to ensure accounts remain within agreed credit terms./liliAnalyze delinquent accounts and initiate collection efforts based on due date and balance./liliImprove receivable turnover through proactive follow-up and communication./liliCollaborate with branch managers and sales teams to align on collection strategies./liliMaintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders./liliEscalate financial concerns or risks to management as needed./liliPerform cash application and business-to-business collections, focusing on building relationships with customers./li/ulpEssential Skills:/pulliMinimum 3 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable./lili1+ years collections experience, or at least some exposure to avoid extensive training./liliHigh School Diploma or GED required./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills./liliProficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications./liliExcellent communication and customer service skills./liliHighly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently./li/ulpAdditional Skills

Qualifications:/pulli5 years of experience preferred, with a mix of credit and collections./liliBackground in the construction or industrial supply industry preferred./liliAny knowledge of construction is a plus but training will be provided./li/ulpWork Environment:/ppThe position offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and an option for 7-4 or 8-5. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, ensuring a balanced work-life environment./ppJob Type
