We are TUV SUD./ppYour tasks:/pulliDevelop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, sales growth, and increased market share within the assigned region./liliExpand existing customer accounts and proactively acquire new business opportunities across the full MHS service portfolio./liliPromote testing services across the medical device and IVD lifecycle, including MRI Safety, Biological Safety, Packaging, Cybersecurity, and related services./liliStrengthen loyalty and retention of strategic accounts by coordinating complex project delivery and improving efficiency for customers./liliLead the onboarding of new complex projects in collaboration with scientific leads and operations teams./liliConduct periodic business reviews and maintain strong customer relationships across assigned accounts./li/ulpYour qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in natural sciences, medical technology, biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field./liliMinimum 3 years of sales or business development experience./liliExperience with testing, auditing, or certification (ISO) preferred./liliFamiliarity with ISO 17025, ISO 13485, ISO 10993, or GLP standards is desirable./liliStrong communication skills with the ability to engage customers who have varying levels of technical expertise./li/ulpWhat we offer:/pulliAn environment that supports flexibility and work-life balance./liliOpportunities for professional and career development across global and regional teams./liliCollaboration with leading scientific and medical device experts./liliAn innovative, supportive, and customer-focused culture./liliCompetitive and comprehensive benefits package./li/ulpAdditional information:/pulliThe anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $100,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
