divh2Strategic Product Group Sales Representative/h2pAs a Strategic Product Group Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of NetApps Intelligent Data Infrastructure Insights (DII) and Data Services (DS) portfolio among large enterprise customers. You will lead the entire sales processfrom identifying opportunities and engaging key decision makers to delivering compelling solution presentations and closing complex deals. Your focus will be on helping organizations modernize their data management and protection strategies, leveraging NetApps innovative cloud and hybrid solutions to address critical business challenges and enable digital transformation. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliSales Growth

Territory Management/liulliDevelop and execute a sales growth plan targeting large enterprise accounts./liliBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline for DII and DS solutions./liliDeliver accurate revenue forecasts and meet sales targets./li/ulliCustomer Engagement

Solution Selling/liulliLead customer meetings (remote and on-site), present NetApps DII and DS solutions, and negotiate deals./liliUse a consultative approach to understand customer business challenges and develop tailored proposals./liliManage proof of concepts, ROI development, and deal negotiations./li/ulliPartner Collaboration

Co-Sell/liulliCollaborate with NetApp account teams and Partners to drive joint selling motions./liliEngage with partners and internal teams to expand NetApps footprint in enterprise accounts./li/ulliCross-Functional Teamwork/liulliWork closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to support the sales process and ensure customer success./liliCoordinate significant projects across functional groups./li/ulliReporting

Enablement/liulliProvide regular status updates to management, including pipeline and forecast information./liliIdentify and leverage customer references for reference selling./li/ul/ulh3Requirements

Education/h3ulli710 years of enterprise sales experience (Cloud, SaaS, or Data Infrastructure), with a Bachelors degree; or equivalent experience./liliProven success managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals./liliStrong understanding of infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and data protection technologies./liliExperience collaborating with hyperscalers and strategic partners./liliExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills./liliAptitude for understanding how technology solutions solve business problems./li/ulpThe target salary range for this position is 275,400 - 356,400 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on On Target Earnings (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs).
