As this is a long-term contract role, it offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in the pharmaceutical industry while contributing to operational excellence./ppResponsibilities:/pulliProcess and manage customer return requests, issuing necessary return authorization numbers and ensuring compliance with company policies./liliInvestigate shipping discrepancies, including shortages, overages, and mis-shipments, while documenting financial impacts./liliCollaborate with the distribution center to verify the condition of returned items and confirm product authenticity using original sales records./liliMaintain detailed and organized digital and physical records of all return claims, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process./liliCoordinate directly with customers to arrange logistics for returns, including call tags for damaged items attributed to customers or carriers./liliWork closely with account services, quality assurance, and finance to resolve discrepancies and finalize credits, replacements, or adjustments./liliAnalyze returned items to determine appropriate disposition, such as restocking, destruction, return to vendor, or scrapping./liliRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing clear information about returns, claims, and resolutions./liliUtilize SAP and other internal systems to enter and update data, ensuring accuracy and completeness./liliApply strong analytical skills and independent judgment to support efficient decision-making on claim outcomes./lipRequirements:/pulliProven experience in customer service roles, preferably within an office or pharmaceutical setting./liliFamiliarity with SAP and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis./liliStrong organizational skills to manage documentation and maintain accurate records./liliAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams and external clients./liliExperience in investigating and resolving shipping discrepancies and account issues./liliCritical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions regarding claims and returns./liliKnowledge of shipping documentation and logistics coordination./liliAttention to detail and accuracy in handling customer claims and system updates./li/ul/ul/div
