Regional Sales Rep

$ 65,000 - $ 80,000 / Year Anoka, Minnesota Sales & Marketing Permanent Are you passionate about metal fabrication technology and energized by helping manufacturers improve how they work? This role gives you the opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer-facing worksupporting fabrication shops and industrial operations across the Northwestern United States. We're seeking a Regional Sales Representative to support a broad portfolio of precision tooling, fabrication consumables, and related production solutions. This position focuses on strengthening customer performance, improving operational outcomes, and driving equipment utilization through consultative engagement. Key Responsibilities

In this territory-focused role, you will: Collaborate with manufacturers to improve productivity in sheet metal fabrication processes. Provide demonstrations and explain how high-precision tooling and consumables impact throughput, quality, and cost efficiency. Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Conduct on site visits, technical discussions, and virtual meetings with customers. Build a network of industry partners, dealers, and OEM contacts to broaden market reach. Use CRM tools to document activities, manage pipelines, and organize customer interactions. Stay informed about industry trends, new offerings, and competitive insights to share with internal teams. What You Bring

Hands on experience in metal fabrication environmentsespecially with punch presses, laser systems, or press brakes. Residency within the territory (Northern CA/NV, OR, WA, MT, or ID). Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel. Strong communication skills with the confidence to present, problem solve, and close opportunities. Sales experience is a plus, but technical understanding is the most important foundation. Self-motivated professional with integrity, reliability, and strong customer focus. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms. Valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $65,000$75,000 Total target compensation: $90,000$105,000+ (uncapped commission structure) Comprehensive product and sales training.
