This Customer Service Representative would work at the dining/retail office. This is an opportunity to join a great team with an amazing culture. Join a dedicated university services team as you oversee daily front counter operations and provide exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff. Qualifications/pulliPrevious experience in customer service, office administration, or front desk operations/liliStrong communication and problem-solving abilities/liliAbility to supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with established procedures/liliAvailability to work some overtime as needed during peak periods/li/ulpCustomer Service Representative Preferred Background

Skills/pulliExperience working in a university or higher education setting/liliFamiliarity with ID card management systems or campus access procedures/liliProficiency with record-keeping and administrative software/li/ulpCustomer Service Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities/pulliProcess account requests, photo submissions, meal plan changes, and balance daily transactions/liliProvide outstanding customer service to all students, staff, and visitors/liliSell plans and accounts, actively participating in marketing and promotional efforts/liliServices plan participants, reconcile all transactions, and enforce policies and procedures/liliManage inventory and supply levels, oversee paperwork scanning, and coordinate card mailings/liliLiaise with departments for card production, billing, and access requests/liliOversee front counter operations in the absence of the Manager, including during after-hours as needed/li/ul/div
