As our SMB Account Manager, you'll be the face and voice of Sealed Air for our small and medium-sized business customers. You will own and grow customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, strategic insights, and value-driven recommendations. From onboarding new customers to growing wallet share with existing accounts, you'll have a critical role in fueling our regional success. This is more than a sales role - it's an opportunity to work cross-functionally and become an integral player in our high-performance sales ecosystem. Be the go-to partner for your assigned SMB customers, ensuring proactive communication and rapid response to all inquiries Build deep customer knowledge by researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and understanding business challenges Own and manage your pipeline through our CRM system (Salesforce or SAP C4C) with precision and integrity Deliver timely and accurate forecasts, and share progress updates with sales leadership Learn the competitive landscape and clearly articulate Sealed Air's value proposition in every customer interaction Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas Re-engage dormant accounts and execute strategic win-back campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Technical Service, and Customer Service to ensure seamless customer experiences Champion Sealed Air's solutions, sustainability mission, and innovation in every conversation Travel up to 10% of the time Qualifications Who You Are:
You hold a Bachelor's degree (Business preferred) or bring equivalent experience to the table Eager to launch your career in sales or account management; internship, project, or customer-facing experience is a plus You're tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce or SAP C4C) and Microsoft Office Suite
