Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient coordination with healthcare providers Verify insurance eligibility and process patient information accurately Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and resolving patient concerns in a professional manner Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Document interactions and update electronic health records (EHR) as needed Requirements:
Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred Call center experience is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Working Hours:
Full-time Onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST No overtime hours Details:
