Key Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients on-site to understand their needs and vision
- Create detailed landscape designs tailored to each client's goals
- Provide accurate project estimates and present design proposals
- Follow up with clients to secure project approvals and finalize design contracts
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure design intent is executed properly
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of landscaping trends, plants, materials, and technology
- Use digital tools and software to create, revise, and present landscape plans
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape design or a related field
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in landscape architecture or design is a plus
- Must hold a professional certification in landscape design
- Strong design and visualization skills, with proficiency in landscape design software
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
