Archinect
Overview
We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our Fabrication team starting immediately. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Fabrication team to develop key drawings, models, and estimates. This position serves as a supporting role to senior members of our fabrication design and project management team. Day‑to‑day, the Junior Designer will draft shop drawings, create 3D models using Rhino, and produce other fabrication documents to convey design and/or fabrication intent. They will also create takeoffs for new project inquiries and develop material and labor estimates for the estimation team to review. Given that our company creates physical objects this position requires an onsite presence (non‑remote). Note that this is not an architectural designer role. Strong candidates will demonstrate specific interest in fabrication.
