About the Role:

We are seeking to hire a Graphic Designer at Tramontina USA, Inc. at our Sugar Lan office. This role is Monday-Friday on site. The Graphic Designer will support marketing and e-commerce teams by producing high-quality digital assets that elevate the brand, drive engagement, and improve online conversion. This role is responsible for designing a wide range of deliverables including e-commerce product assets, digital ads, landing page graphics, social media creative, email visuals, and campaign materials.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering polished work across both production and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Create product page assets such as PDP images, infographics, comparison charts, and A+ content for Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and Tramontina.com.
• Develop marketplace-compliant image sets and storefront graphics.
• Produce banners and visual modules for promotions, seasonal events, and product launches.
• Maintain consistency across categories and ensure all assets meet brand and retailer specifications.
• Design digital assets for marketing campaigns, including email graphics, landing pages, display ads, and paid social creative.
• Develop visuals for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging channels.
• Support the design of trade materials such as catalogs, lookbooks, sell sheets, and presentations.
• Assist with creative pre-production: mood boards, shot lists, and visual direction.
• Perform photo retouching and file preparation.
• Support photography sessions as needed (product prep, styling assistance, organization).
• Maintain organized and updated creative libraries for internal teams and retail partners.
• Ensure alignment with Tramontina's brand guidelines, templates, fonts, color palettes, and visual standards.
• Manage image metadata, file organization, naming conventions, and exports.
• Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, product development, and sales teams to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Translate briefs into production-ready assets with minimal revision cycles.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners and external agencies when needed.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, home, or e-commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom; Canva experience a plus.
• Experience producing assets for Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, or other major retailers strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and digital design best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing digital design work, brand creative, and production-ready assets is required.
