Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:/pp Prepares and/or maintains documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation and user documentation./pp Translates business specifications into user documentation./pp Plans, writes, and maintains systems documentation./pp Supports system user documentation efforts, including development of change notices, online help screens and generation of interactive computer based training modules./pp Writes, edits, proofreads, and copyedits a variety of documents./pp Plans and prepares documents for dissemination./pp Manages the documentation library./ppQualifications:/ppNecessary Skills and Knowledge:/pp Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently./pp Excellent written and verbal communication skills./pp Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines./pp Strong analytical skills and attention to detail./ppMinimum Qualifications:/pp Bachelors degree./pp At least 4 years of experience and with configuration control experience./pp Clearance: Public Trust./pp Citizenship: US Citizen by birth or naturalization./ppPay and Benefits:/ppThe salary range for this position is $111,000 - $118,000 annually.
