growing the existing customer base, and researching
identifying leads on an ongoing basis and converting these leads into customers. This position is based out of our Largo, FL branch./ppExecutes and delivers upon a defined set of Best Business Practices for the Outside Sales role. Includes Prospecting, Planning, Prioritizing, Territory Management, Sales, Developing Leads and Opportunities, as well as using Curbell Selling System, CRM and Sales Tools./ppCreates, implements and executes a sales plan to increase market share in a particular territory. Develops a strong relationship with strategic customers by establishing rapport, thus maintaining and growing sales and margin with the existing customer base./ppDevelops proposals, contracts, and agreements to secure long term business. Introduces new material to customers and educates them on use and applications. Develops new customers by prospecting and lead follow-up. Sells value-added services and solutions./ppPerforms other duties as assigned./ppSense Of Urgency

Ability to solve a range of straightforward problems and determine possible solutions using standard procedures. Understands business-to-business selling approach, knowledge of sales promotion techniques. Valid Drivers License. Ability to work in office for first 6 months then hybrid./ppEducation: Associates or better. Experience: 2 years: Outside Sales in a Industrial Distribution Facility/p/div
