Standard Sales:/strong/pulliBe the first point of contact for customer calls and emails/liliPrepare and send quotes, pricing, product info, and lead times/liliEnter accurate customer orders in the CRM/ERP system/liliProvide updates on order status, shipping, or changes/liliLook for opportunities to upsell or add complementary products/liliKeep detailed notes in the CRM for visibility and follow-up/liliCoordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience/liliSend samples, catalogs, or product information as needed/li/ulpstrongCustom Project Support:/strong/pulliAssist the Custom/Project Sales team with non-standard or unique customer requests/liliHelp prepare custom quotes, RFQs, and submittals/liliCoordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service for accurate project details/liliTrack project timelines and ensure customers receive updates/liliSupport smooth handoffs from quote to production/li/ulpstrongWhat You Bring:/strong/pulliAssociate degree or experience in inside sales or customer service/liliStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindset/liliComfort working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)/liliAbility to stay organized, work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks/li/ulpstrongBonus Points If You Have:/strong/pulli2+ years inside sales or customer service experience/liliExperience in doors, building materials, or construction products/liliFamiliarity with CRM or ERP systems/li/ulpstrongWhat Its Like to Work Here:/strong/pulliTeam-oriented environment/liliEmployee recognition and celebrations/liliNo travel required/liliMondayFriday schedule/li/ul/div
