The ideal candidate must move beyond territory maintenance to focus heavily on actively identifying, cultivating, and closing prospective customers, while also serving select existing strategic accounts, developing market plans, and striving to exceed sales targets./ph2Are You A Match?/h2pstrongRequired Qualifications:/strong/pullipEducation: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university required./p/lilipProven Track Record: Strong negotiating and consultative selling skills required, backed by a verifiable history of achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals in a competitive environment./p/lilipTravel Requirements: Must possess a valid drivers license and a reliable, insured personal vehicle for territory travel./p/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pullipA foundational understanding of medical gas products, regulatory environments, and clinical processes is highly preferred./p/lilipMinimum of 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience working specifically for an industrial, medical, or specialty gas supplier is essential./p/lilipGeneral computer proficiency is required, with specific, disciplined experience using CRM software to manage sales activity. Prior experience with SAP, PowerBI is a plus./p/lilipExcellent presentation and negotiating and public speaking skills./p/lilipKnowledge of corresponding geographical areas./p/lilipAbility to drive and walk considerable distances on a daily basis./p/lilipStrong verbal and written communication skills, self-starter, self-motivation, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized, ability to achieve goals, ability to focus and pay attention to detail./p/lilipMust be able to work flexible hours to meet customer needs and management expectations./p/lilipAbility to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines./p/lilipMust be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds./p/li/ulpstrongBenefits/strong/ppWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
