The ideal candidate must move beyond territory maintenance to focus heavily on actively identifying, cultivating, and closing prospective customers, while also serving select existing strategic accounts, developing market plans, and striving to exceed sales targets./ph2Are You A Match?/h2pstrongRequired Qualifications:/strong/pullipEducation: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university required./p/lilipProven Track Record: Strong negotiating and consultative selling skills required, backed by a verifiable history of achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals in a competitive environment./p/lilipTravel Requirements: Must possess a valid drivers license and a reliable, insured personal vehicle for territory travel./p/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pullipA foundational understanding of medical gas products, regulatory environments, and clinical processes is highly preferred./p/lilipMinimum of 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience working specifically for an industrial, medical, or specialty gas supplier is essential./p/lilipGeneral computer proficiency is required, with specific, disciplined experience using CRM software to manage sales activity.
