NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success./ppProvide vital support to Campus Enterprises and NC State Dining by providing an excellent dining experience for all guests./ppLocation: Talley Student Centers Work Schedule: 20 hours per week between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility Federal Work-Study Eligible/ppCompensation: $12.00/hr (Tier 2) Additionally, eligible students will receive longevity raises based on their years of service within Campus Enterprises. Dining and Catering employees earn free meals and are eligible for an end-of-semester bonus of up to $200./ppEssential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:/pulliDevelop a detailed knowledge of each Sales Coordinators responsibilities to ensure phone and catering inquiries are routed to the appropriate representative./liliSupport Sales Coordinators by gathering event information from the client when they are unavailable to talk to the client./liliAnswering phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a clean work environment at all times./liliComplete 72-hour calls to all clients who have scheduled events with Rave! to discuss the details and ensure that the information that we have is accurate, and communicate needed changes with the Sales Team./liliDeliver updated Banquet Event Orders to the Executive Chefs and Purchasing Specialist as needed for events within 72 hours./liliRemain in compliance with Rave!
