Sales Support Administrator
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company in Tempe. This organization is looking to add an administrative to support their sales representatives. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and thrives on organization, accuracy, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and documentation Enter and maintain sales orders, pricing, and customer information in internal systems Coordinate with production, shipping, and customer service to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Prepare sales reports, quotes, and customer correspondence Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, lead times, and product availability Maintain organized records and assist with contract and pricing documentation Support sales meetings, scheduling, and follow-up activities Assist with general office and clerical duties as needed Qualifications: At least 2+ years experience in sales support, sales administration, or administrative support (manufacturing environment preferred) Bachelor Degree preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
