A health and wellness brand is seeking an experienced designer to support a broad range of marketing and promotional initiatives. This role spans multiple workstreams supporting promotions, product launches, events, and brand updates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually strong, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while partnering closely with marketing stakeholders.
Duration: 02/03/2026 to 05/01/2026
Location: Downtown LA (on-site every day)
Responsibilities Campaign & Promotion Development Partner with the marketing team to define the look and feel of new and upcoming sales-driven promotions
Establish visual identities for campaigns, including logo lockups, color palettes, typography, graphic elements, and photography direction
Create mood boards to guide and inspire campaign-related photoshoots
Design campaign communication assets, including email layouts, web banners, flyers, landing pages, and social media assets
Ongoing Campaign & Product Launch Support Develop post-launch assets for existing campaigns where brand direction is already established
Create additional mood boards and visual guidance when new photography is required
Produce remaining or updated campaign assets across email, web, print, and social channels
Event Marketing Support Design promotional assets to support ongoing and upcoming events
Create engaging flyers and visual materials for themed parties, celebrations, and event activations
Deliver event-related email, web, print, and social assets as needed
Catalog & Brand Updates Update the product catalog to align with new brand guidelines
Apply updated color palettes and visual systems to existing layouts
Refresh imagery and layouts that no longer align with current branding
Develop new image compositions or art direction for updated or newly photographed spreads
Required Qualifications 5+ years of design experience in an advertising agency, design firm, in-house agency, or corporate creative environment
Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage overlapping deadlines and shifting priorities
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Bridge
Experience working on macOS environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Basic experience creating or working with GIF animations
Ability to take feedback constructively and perform well in a fast-paced environment
