Key Responsibilities
Trade Show & Event Support
- Assist with preparing for trade shows and events, including organizing, packing, and shipping marketing materials and sample products
- Support event setup and teardown, including loading and unloading sample product, displays, and booth materials
- Help track and organize inventory of samples and marketing collateral
- Assist with maintaining trade show schedules and event calendars
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Assist with ordering and organizing marketing materials and promotional items
- Support internal requests and help track marketing projects and deadlines
- Maintain basic spreadsheets, contact lists, and documentation
- Assist with proofreading and preparing marketing materials
- Help coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
- Support day-to-day marketing activities and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Internship, coursework, or part-time experience in marketing, events, or administrative support is a plus
- Ability to lift, move, and transport sample products and marketing materials (up to [insert weight, e.g., 40 lbs])
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Combination of office, warehouse, and trade show environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Ability to lift, load, and unload marketing materials and sample products
- Hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions
- Exposure to trade shows and customer-facing marketing efforts
