Our client is seeking a creative, motivated Marketing Analyst to support their Business Development team while playing a key role in shaping and executing our marketing efforts. This position blends hands‑on marketing execution with analytical thinking and light administrative support for the VP of Business Development and the broader Business Development team. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing or communications graduate who is both strategic and creative , enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, and has a strong visual and brand‑focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Support: Manage company social media accounts, including content planning, post creation, and scheduling Capture and edit photography and videography from active jobsites, events, and internal initiatives Assist with brand management to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms Create, edit, and update marketing materials such as brochures, one‑pagers, case studies, and presentations Support website updates and content refreshes Create and edit graphics and videos for digital and print use Coordinate and collaborate with outside marketing and creative firms as needed Assist with ordering and managing branded merchandise and customer gift items Provide event coverage, including pre‑event preparation and on‑site support Business Development & Administrative Support: Assist the VP of Business Development and Business Development team with presentations, reporting, and coordination Help prepare marketing and sales presentations for client meetings and conferences Support internal organization of marketing assets and materials Provide general administrative support related to marketing and business development initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or working toward a degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong interest in marketing, branding, and business development Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint required); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus Basic experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Strong written and visual communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ideal Candidate Profile Creative, on‑trend, and visually driven with an artistic eye Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Willing to learn and take initiative Excited to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of marketing and business development Comfortable being in the field at jobsites and attending events when needed What You’ll Gain Real‑world marketing and business development experience Exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiativesA creative role with room to contribute ideas and make an impact Professional development in branding, content creation, and client‑facing marketing Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
