Marketing Manager
Reports to: VP of Design & Project Development
Supervises: Marketing & Sales Assistant
About the Role
We're a well-established, growing Design Build construction firm known for high-quality work, strong client relationships, and a collaborative, design-minded culture. We're hiring a Marketing Manager to lead company-wide marketing efforts and strengthen brand visibility across digital, PR, events, partnerships, and community initiatives.
This is a hands-on role for a strong self-starter who can run point on marketing strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Real estate or construction marketing is a plus, but not required.
PR experience (working with journalists/news outlets), experience supporting a charity/community program, or a background as a consultant/entrepreneur are all strong pluses due to the self-starter mindset needed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business development goals
- Own brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Manage CRM campaigns including e-blasts, tracking, and reporting
- Oversee website updates, content, and performance metrics
- Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendar
- Support PR, communications, and press release writing as needed
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and industry partner engagement ("center of influence" network)
- Manage project marketing assets including photography and project features/case studies
- Identify and submit awards; support speaking and visibility opportunities
- Lead the company's charitable/community program efforts (planning + coordination)

Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience (flexible based on overall strength)
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable owning projects independently and working with leadership
- Adobe InDesign experience required
- CRM and digital marketing experience preferred
