Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Lead, where you will play a vital role in facilitating transactions, managing material movement, and delivering essential replacement and repair parts in support of customer flightlines, including major clients like Boeing and Bombardier. This is an exciting remote opportunity.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee order management for customer flightlines, which includes order intake, input into internal systems, and coordination of packing and shipment with logistics. Connect with customer portals and systems while also supporting forecasting, billing, and collections.

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and manage the resolution process for customer complaints, working closely with operations to provide accurate commits and updates.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs related to customer flightlines and actively engage in problem-solving to address any operational gaps.

  • Utilize your judgment and technical expertise to propose innovative solutions to complicated manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles, leveraging both internal and limited external resources for informed decision-making.

  • Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues, potentially leading small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements while fostering team consensus on key topics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in materials management, fulfillment, procurement, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain fields. Plus, at least 3 years of relevant experience is required.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $101,000 to $145,000 annually, with the final offer influenced by experience, education, and location. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
