About the Role We’re looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end product experience across our platform. In this role, you’ll define design direction, lead complex design initiatives, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences. What You’ll Do Lead the UX/UI strategy and visual direction across core product experiences Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, and prototypes Translate complex product and technical requirements into clear, usable interfaces Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define scope, priorities, and solutions Drive user‑centered decision making through research, usability testing, and data insights Establish and evolve design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability Review and refine designs to maintain a high bar for quality and usability Mentor and provide feedback to other designers, fostering strong design craft and collaboration Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards across the organization What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with experience in a lead or senior role Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design thinking, not just visuals Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design Proven experience designing complex products (SaaS, enterprise, AI, or data‑heavy platforms preferred) Expertise in design tools such as Figma (components, auto‑layout, prototyping, design systems) Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can clearly explain design decisions to any audience Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in agile or fast‑moving environments Nice to Have Experience building or scaling design systems Familiarity with usability testing, analytics, or A/B testing Experience designing AI‑driven or workflow‑heavy products Leadership or people‑management experience Why You’ll Love Working Here High ownership and real impact on product direction Opportunity to shape design culture and standards Close collaboration with product and engineering leadership Room to grow as a design leader #J-18808-Ljbffr
