YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of web merchandising strategies that optimize sales, margin, and customer engagement
- Architect the online product assortment, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compelling presentation across RH digital channels
- Integrate consumer insights, analytics, and competitive trends into digital merchandising strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and digital operations, to drive seamless product launches and storytelling
- Continuously optimize site navigation, product categorization, and visual presentation to enhance the online shopping experience
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, propose corrective actions, and influence financial outcomes
- Foster collaboration and innovation within web merchandising teams, championing best practices and a customer-first mindset
- 5+ years of progressive experience in merchandising, with a strong focus on e-commerce or digital channels
- Proven success in developing and executing online merchandising strategies that drive measurable results
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Highly organized, with exceptional planning and project management capabilities
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build cross-functional partnerships
- Growth mindset with a passion for digital innovation, collaboration, and elevating the customer experience
- Proficiency in web analytics and MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel
