
Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual Required)

Our client in Northwest Dallas is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound sales opportunities within a specialized industrial market. This role focuses on long-cycle, high-value sales and requires strong phone presence, persistence, and the ability to manage relationships over time. All leads are inbound - no cold calling.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from prospective customers
Follow up consistently on active opportunities and long-term prospects
Prepare quotes and coordinate internally to confirm technical requirements
Manage complex sales cycles involving high-value equipment
Present add-on options and upsell features to engaged customers
Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication throughout the sales process
Ideal Profile
Bilingual (Spanish - required) with strong verbal communication skills
5+ years of inside or industrial sales experience preferred
Comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles
Confident, assertive, and persistent in follow-up
Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate across internal teams
Compensation
Base salary plus commission
Competitive total compensation with upside for strong performance
