Responsibilities

  • Ideate, manage, and execute marketing strategies to drive listener and subscriber growth for Amazon Music's tiers, globally.
  • Lead complex, cross‑functional product marketing go‑to‑market initiatives for product features and launches.
  • Partner closely with marketing and product teams to influence their roadmaps to optimize for listener growth at scale.
  • Lead strategy and requirements to fund qualitative and quantitative research to inform product messaging and positioning to drive growth goals, sharing insights and next steps with leadership.
  • Identify and pursue cross‑category opportunities, partnering with teams across Amazon.
  • Play a lead role in identifying ROI and metrics for new marketing strategies, partnering with BI, Product and Finance orgs to identify trade‑offs and recommendations.
  • Leverage new or emerging trends to identify new customer audiences and journeys to unlock higher listener and subscriber growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Experience with A/B Testing or Multi‑Variate Testing or both
  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • MBA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
