Our client is looking for a Performance Marketer to own and scale their paid acquisition engine from the ground up. You’ll be the first dedicated performance marketing hire, responsible for taking monthly ad spend from ~$10k to $100k+ over the next few quarters.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You’ll design, launch, and optimize campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue, with a clear mandate to maximize ROI and book meetings for the sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end strategy and execution across paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and potentially Meta)
- Develop, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns focused on driving qualified meetings
- Scale paid spend aggressively while maintaining strong CAC and ROI
- Own performance reporting, tracking key metrics, and turning data into actionable insights
- Independently ideate and execute new campaign experiments without heavy sign-off
- Partner closely with sales and leadership to align paid efforts with revenue goals
- Target ~$500,000/month in revenue from paid channels by year-end
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid acquisition campaigns in SaaS or fintech
- Proven experience running and scaling Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and comfort owning performance metrics end-to-end
- High ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and fast iteration
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
On-Site Work Policy
- For Seattle and San Francisco hires, the role will be in-person after ~6 months once the office is established
