Key Responsibilities:
Drive creative excellence by managing impactful marketing campaigns for Amazon Original Series.
Lead various video production projects from the initial concept through to completion.
Collaborate with top-tier creative teams and industry professionals.
Oversee budgets and timelines for multifaceted marketing campaigns.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across marketing, creative, legal, and international teams.
A Day in the Life:
As a vital member of the Amazon MGM Studios core creative marketing team, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop traditional A/V materials for marketing campaigns related to series and film projects, including trailers, TV spots, and audio streaming assets. You will act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teamwork and vendor partnerships, while efficiently managing production plans for diverse assets. Your day-to-day focus will include timelines, budgets, and project statuses.
About Our Team:
The A/V team is part of the creative services department and works closely with creative, campaign management, and A/V finishing teams. Our team brings a diverse skill set, from creative problem-solving to logistical and technical expertise. Given the high volume of work we handle, we rely on our strong industry relationships to deliver quickly, often under pressure, with discretion and security being paramount due to the sensitive nature of our projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in creative services.
5+ years in the entertainment, branding, or production industry.
Understanding of workflows in marketing, production or creative departments.
Experience with creative agencies, networks, streaming services, or studios.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
Knowledge of asset management, design workflows, and collaboration with creative teams.
Familiarity with image production, transfer protocols, and digital asset management.
Technical expertise in specs, formats, and audio/picture/graphics pipelines.
Experience managing post-production schedules and budgets.
Understanding of A/V formats and asset management fundamentals.
Experience delivering large volumes of video assets to external partners.
Proficiency in post-production, VFX, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in large-scale, global creative campaigns.

Our compensation reflects labor costs across various U.S. markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,600 to $151,000 based on the market, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, Amazon may offer equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
