Role Description This full-time on-site position as a Regional Sales Manager is located in Mississippi. The candidate will oversee sales strategies to drive business growth within the designated region. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, cultivating relationships with new customers, achieving sales targets, and providing training and support to the sales team. Additional duties involve forecasting sales, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and New Business Development

Strong understanding of Market Trends Analysis and Strategic Planning

Effective Communication, Leadership, and Team Management capabilities

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales forecasting

Experience in the commercial trucking or automotive industry is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Ability to work independently and demonstrate a results-oriented approach

Willingness to travel within the regional territory as needed
