Overview The Installations Sales Support Specialist is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and phone support, responding to inquiries related to installations, warranties, and invoicing. This role plays a key part in supporting the installation process and is a valued contributor to a strong organizational culture and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries regarding installations, warranties, and invoices.

Provide support in the administration of equipment installation processes.

Input data related to installations and warranties into the system.

Research and resolve customer questions or problems efficiently.

Assist in managing and developing service agents across various regions.

Oversee service agent contracts, authorize warranty service, and approve related invoices.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues as needed.

Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and service standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, training, and process efficiency.

Participate in the development of business action plans and departmental goals.

Promote a culture of feedback, collaboration, and accountability.

Comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant experience.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
