The Role The CAA Brand Consulting Account Manager will lead the day to day management and activation of Olympics partnerships across key brand consulting clients. The candidate will interface day to day with the client and will work cross functionally with internal/external vendors, clients and agencies.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of Olympics partnerships, serving as a primary client and property contact and owning project plans, timelines, and asset tracking

Plan and execute campaigns, events, and activations end-to-end, partnering with internal teams, clients, and external agencies

Develop and manage property-specific programs, including contractual assets, promotions, and experiential activations

Co-develop integrated sponsorship activation strategies, bringing digital, social, PR, retail, and experiential channels to life

Provide proactive recommendations and POVs tied to client business and brand objectives, influencing decision-making

Oversee creative development and approvals for marketing, experiential, and event-related assets

Manage multiple workstreams or full programs, including activation budgets and internal processes (Legal, Finance, Procurement)

Collaborate with Data & Analytics to support measurement and performance evaluation

Support organic growth and new business efforts through insights, research, and pitch support

Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Build strong relationships across CAA to identify and promote new opportunities for clients

Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and best practices

Qualifications

5 -7+ years of relevant experience including managing Olympics partnerships

Ability to travel and be on site at events (in and outside of normal business hours)

Ability to develop relationships across the CAA enterprise

Strong, established industry (sports & entertainment) relationships

Solutions oriented / resourceful (strong network of vendor partners)

Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage at least one client project

Can speak to CAA Brand Consulting offerings

Strong negotiation skills

Strong PowerPoint & Excel

Ability to balance and progress multiple projects and project components at one time, on tight timelines

BA/BS from an accredited college or university preferred.

Location This role will be located in our New York office. The Brand Consulting department offers a flexible work schedule and requires a minimum three days per week on-site.

Compensation The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $87,000 to $115,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
