This is a full-time HVAC Sales and Comfort Specialist position with a consistent
Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Employees will report daily to a central location in Wilson, NC before heading out to job sites in the surrounding service area. This is an onsite/hybrid role that offers variety in your daily routine while keeping you connected to a supportive team environment.
THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in HVAC, sales, or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to explain technical information clearly and simply
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and driven to meet goals
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Ability to travel to customer locations
Comfortable with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and extended periods of standing, walking, and talking
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC SALES AND COMFORT SPECIALIST As an HVAC Sales and Comfort Specialist, your day will begin at our central location, where you'll connect with the team and prepare for your scheduled consultations. You'll then travel to customer homes or job sites to conduct in-person assessments, listening carefully to understand their comfort needs and preferences. You'll explain heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality options in a way that's easy to understand-no tech jargon necessary. Using that insight, you'll develop customized proposals that fit both their needs and budget. You'll follow up regularly with clients, build trust through communication, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure every job goes smoothly. While every day is different, your focus will stay the same: creating great customer experiences, reaching your sales goals, and becoming a trusted comfort expert in your community. Along the way, you'll participate in training sessions and team meetings to keep your knowledge sharp and your approach fresh.
