The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, including tenant relations, lease management, rent collection, and property maintenance coordination. Key responsibilities include ensuring properties are well-maintained, addressing tenant inquiries, managing budgets, and supervising property staff. The role also entails preparing reports, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders effectively Experience in property management tasks such as lease and rent management, budgeting, and vendor coordination Knowledge of property maintenance, repair coordination, and compliance with local property regulations Organizational and administrative skills, including report preparation and record-keeping Familiarity with property management software AppFolio is a plus Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
