We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters, and many other services. With multiple locations across the United States, we are a performance‑based company with clearly defined career paths for each employee. If you appreciate a shorter sale and a one‑call close, this is a great business model. We expect you to ask for referrals, join networking groups, and find new clientele regularly—although this constitutes only 10‑20% of your efforts. We do not conduct hard, pushy sales closes. We educate clients, show them the best solutions, and sell what they need. Our current sales team sells over $1 million per year each, earning a competitive salary while maintaining a balanced family life. Basic Function:

Sell The Brothers that just do Gutters services to the public to generate a quality product for the customer and profit for the company. Sales and Estimating Responsibilities: Attend all estimates on time. Price new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit using The Brothers that just do Gutters production rates. Return incoming phone calls professionally within 8 business hours. Provide product differentiation to customers throughout the selling process. Effectively sell the company’s services in a competitive atmosphere by understanding customer needs. Help jobs stay “happy and under.” Visit every sold job at least once to maintain relationships with customers and crew. Maintain consistent follow‑up procedures on all open bids. Get a “yes” or a “no” on all bids. Strive to target and market to the most profitable jobs. Prioritize work and actions to achieve established sales goals. Maintain a closing/dollar sold % of at least 40 %. Develop a well‑thought‑out prospecting plan focusing on generating leads. Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote the company. Relentlessly prospect: Ask every new client for referrals and gain new business outside the company’s regular marketing efforts. Maintain an organized workflow and process using the company CRM. Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits. Communication: Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel to develop effective methods and systems. Maintain the company’s reputation of integrity and professionalism by communicating with customers professionally, being punctual, and returning calls promptly. Ensure all necessary job information is communicated to crew leaders as needed (e.g., job colors, scopes, scheduling, billing). Maintain open communication with crew leaders and painters to stay knowledgeable of jobs and teams. Communicate with all employees positively and respectfully. Other Responsibilities: Demonstrate positive leadership through all actions with all employees. Attend all meetings on time. Work the required hours per week to perform all duties timely. Assist in developing and implementing new systems to maintain and increase company profitability as it grows. Assist in problem‑solving and implementing solutions. Participate in planning company growth and development and support the company mission by following through on initiatives. Requirements: Care and understanding for the people doing the work.
