We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a talented PR Account Manager to join our New York team, working across a portfolio of luxury clients. This fast-paced role involves managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, securing standout media coverage, and overseeing the delivery of day-to-day PR activities. The account focus will be in the travel, hospitality, and design sectors, offering the chance to work with high-profile luxury brands in these dynamic industries. You will also be responsible for guiding and supporting junior team members to ensure the smooth running of accounts. The Skills Required
Strong network of national and regional media contacts; ability to pitch and secure quality coverage Confident in managing client communications, expectations, and strategic planning Able to oversee the day-to-day running of accounts, manage timelines, and deliver results against client KPIs Experience guiding and supporting junior team members; ability to delegate effectively and mentor others Excellent writing skills for press releases, pitches, reports, and social media content Experience working in a fast-paced communications agency in a PR role Responsibilities
Public & Influencer Relations Build and maintain strong media and influencer relationships through regular communication and meetings Identify media, influencer and client opportunities through research and industry awareness Manage and maintain accurate media and influencer databases Meet monthly KPIs for journalists, and industry meetings Write high-quality press releases, pitches, strategies and proposals for sign-off Manage larger client projects, campaigns and KPIs effectively Proactively research forthcoming features, trends and creative angles Maintain awards calendars and share deadline updates Stay up to date with relevant publications and media opportunities Client Management
Act as a client-facing, day-to-day contact with VP support Build strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings Lead and support client meetings, calls and campaign delivery Ensure monthly reports are completed to a high standard and sent on time Secure agreed monthly coverage targets and manage campaign budgets Approve and oversee timely coverage updates sent to clients Support problem-solving, issue resolution and client satisfaction Communicate clearly and regularly with the Account Lead Support planning, strategy and performance discussions Manage workloads, deadlines and KPI delivery across the team Lead team meetings and assist with task and deadline tracking Delegate tasks effectively and support junior team development Monitor performance, provide feedback and demonstrate leadership skills New Business
