$16.00–$22.00 per hour, plus merit-based performance bonuses
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Work Environment:
100% in-office (not remote)
About the Role
We are a growing civil litigation law firm focused on representing individuals and families impacted by nursing home abuse and neglect. We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
Intake Specialist
to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients.
The intake team plays a critical role in shaping a caller’s first experience with the firm. This position is ideal for someone who is empathetic, professional, and motivated by helping others during difficult and emotional situations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with potential clients
Serve as a calm, professional, and empathetic point of contact for callers
Gather and accurately document case details in a case management system
Assist with client sign-ups and intake documentation
Follow up with prospective clients regarding paperwork and next steps
Maintain organized records and timely follow-up communications
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth intake process
Skills & Qualifications
Strong phone-based customer service skills
High level of empathy and patience when speaking with callers
Professional, courteous, and composed communication style
Excellent listening and information-gathering abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to type efficiently while speaking on the phone
Ability to stay focused, on task, and manage multiple follow-ups
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles
College students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking law firm experience are encouraged to apply
Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
Willingness to work fully onsite in the Boca Raton office
