This is a full-time role located in Spokane, WA for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property transactions, including listing properties, marketing real estate, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service to clients, advising them on market conditions, overseeing property showings, and assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate objectives.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate practices
Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proven Sales capabilities and persuasive communication skills
Knowledge of Real Property laws, regulations, and market trends
Active real estate license in the state of Washington
Excellent organizational, time-management, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools is a plus
Experience in property listings, contracts, and documentation is advantageous
