Hourly What You’ll Do
The Auto Club Group (ACG) Branch Customer Service Representative is the face of the branch, promoting ACG products and services, and providing service to members. Promote ACG products and services and work to improve member satisfaction Provide sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership and travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages, etc.) and some banking products Generate leads, inform members about travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to senior staff or agents when appropriate Provide cashiering services (payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and travel money products) and balance cash drawer Receive and resolve member/customer complaints with management assistance as needed Provide administrative support to the travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products Other duties as assigned Compensation & Benefits
Our Auto Club Group Branch Customer Service Representatives earn a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.50, based on experience, with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance. Minimum Education: High School/GED Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Work Experience: Customer-focused environment; providing timely solutions; Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to take personal responsibility in problem solving; multitasking and prioritization Successful candidates will possess: passion for working with people; basic mathematical calculations for monetary transactions; effective verbal and written communication; teamwork; professionalism and customer service excellence; ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment Ability to work irregular hours including holidays and weekends (may include community events) Work Environment
This is an in-office position. Employees will service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility. Additional Details
