As a Customer Service Representative at IDR, Inc., you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Resolve basic customer issues politely and efficiently Document customer interactions clearly in our system Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed Qualifications

Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently. Basic Tech Skills Customer-Focused : Genuine desire to help people and solve problems. Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
