The Marketing Liaison plays a major role in representing The Emergency Center and carryout out our mission and vision. This will be accomplished through coordination and implementation of marketing communication projects such as social media, advertising, reputation management, brochures, and give-away items to create TEC brand awareness. In addition, the Marketing Liaison will be attending and representing TEC at events such as sporting events, races, walks, business expos, meetings, and other local events sponsored by TEC. The Marketing Liaison will conduct one-on-one in-person contacts with health care providers and other potential business contacts. Use the following link to see a full job description.

Starting at $35,000/Year DOE Responsibilities

Coordinates social media activities on the TEC social platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin – by preparing social editorial calendar and creating graphic content. Assists with preparing social media monthly engagement report. Assists with advertising strategic opportunities in the areas TEC serves for brand awareness. Coordinates TEC reputation management engagement monitoring Google, Facebook, and Yelp customer reviews and responses. Coordinates TEC participation in various community organizations such as events with area school districts, chambers of commerce, health associations, churches, employers, and other civic services. Makes new marketing contact calls to offices of community organizations, businesses, schools, health care providers, groups and other potential referral sources to introduce and promote TEC’s brand and services and increase awareness. Position Qualifications

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Required: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, advertising, or related field. Experience Required: 2 years of liaison experience Required: 1 year of event activation experience Preferred: 1 year of traditional marketing experience Preferred: 1 year of sales experience Preferred: 1 year of medical terminology Preferred: Familiarity with Health Care Freestanding ED Market Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Required: Social Media Preferred: Desktop Publishing Other Requirements Professional Appearance Current, valid driver’s license Active automobile policy Cell phone and plan with sufficient coverage for the area Summary Of Duties
