
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Communications Manager to drive communications within our Cyber, Data, Risk & Resilience (CDRR) division. This role will execute internal communication strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment across Technology & Corporate Communications teams. The candidate will thrive in a fast paced, global environment and contribute to a virtual team spanning multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between CDRR and Technology & Corporate Communications teams.
Lead the creation and dissemination of organizational announcements, Cyber Alerts/Tips, Tech Policy Memos, and Quarterly InfoSec Emails.
Manage firmwide campaigns such as Secure Our World (SoW) and Global Vulnerability Management (GVM).
Oversee the development and distribution of divisional newsletters, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.
Coordinate external award submissions and governance for CDRR recognitions.
Support the Technology Excellence and Engagement (TEE) program, driving education and tooling improvements.
Assist with quarterly open forums, Comms Day, Culture Conversations, and other divisional initiatives.
Strategically oversee the CDRR Jive platform, ensuring content is updated and engaging.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Ability to synthesize complex technical topics into simple, clear communications.
Experience working crossfunctionally with global teams of engineers, designers, product managers, and senior stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong process management and stakeholder coordination experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
Experience in Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, Regulatory, or Strategy is a plus.
Technical experience (Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cyber, or QA) is advantageous.
Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy and excellent writing skills including the ability to tailor messaging to all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize, simply and explain complex problems to different types of audiences with varied technical skills. Prior exposure to working cross functionally with global teams of product managers, engineers, designers, project managers, and other senior stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize time accordingly.
Strong process management skills and direct experience dealing with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fastpacked environment and adapt to changing needs.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, One Note, and Teams.
Technology, Risk/Regulatory, or Strategy background is a plus.
Experience with technology program/project management is preferred.
Technology experience (either in Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cyber, or Technical Quality Assurance) is preferred
