Regional Sales Manager (New York, Connecticut & Rhode Island)

is responsible for achieving key sales objectives through the development and maintenance of a strong dealer network. The position is responsible for managing the growth and development of the CFMOTO brand in a defined market area to increase brand awareness and market share. Responsibilities

Maintains and develops business with existing dealers Responsible for identifying, prioritizing open points and signing franchised dealers in accordance with the Company’s strategic plan Manages assigned geography performance against agreed targets and budgets; develops quarterly and annual strategic business plan for achieving new dealer targets Business Development – responsible for developing assigned geography to maximize sales targets and broaden CFMOTO footprint in geography Partners with marketing team to benchmark business data and sales trends for dealerships and provides monthly recommendations to Sales and CFMOTO leadership to aid in execution of the strategic business plan Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with marketing team, service operations team and support functions; collaborates with Regional Sales Managers for implementation of best sales practices that support the CFMOTO business model Understands and upholds state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the Powersports and Motorcycle industries Plans, sets-up and participates in marketing shows, dealer shows, exhibits and displays as required Manages administrative reporting and analysis required to track assigned geography performance Methodically manage sales pipeline through CRM Responsible for operating within standard operating procedures and following Company Health & Safety guidelines Other duties as required Education & Experience Required

5+ years previous field sales experience in similar role including sales, account development and customer service Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Valid driver’s license, ability to drive independently and maintain a safe driving record High level negotiation, business development and dispute resolution skills Ability to pull an enclosed trailer with capacity to hold up to 2 demo units Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time. Education & Experience Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar 7 - 10 years previous experience in similar role with a record of high volume sales to existing accounts and account development Previous sales experience in the Powersports industry Motorcycle endorsement Other Information

CFMOTO provides a company mobile phone, trailer and demo units Candidates must live in the sales region (New York, Connecticut or Rhode Island) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of job-related factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, location and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $65K annually plus commissions. On target earnings of $200k+. Our competitive salaries are just one component to CFMOTO’s total compensation package.
