Learning and Development Manager – Sales Enablement Reports to:

Global Director of Learning and Development

Type : Full Time / Permanent

Flexibility : 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

About the Role We are seeking a Head of Sales Enablement to lead the US strategy and execution of onboarding and continuous development programs, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and driving measurable business impact. This role oversees all enablement streams, including early talent onboarding, experienced consultant development, and advanced sales capability programs while integrating tools, technology, and leadership development initiatives. The Head will partner closely with senior stakeholders across L&D, Talent Acquisition, Sales Leadership, and Technology to create a culture of learning excellence and operational success.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute global sales enablement strategy integrating onboarding, continuous development, and tools training.

Align learning priorities with commercial objectives and talent strategy.

Represent Sales Enablement in global forums and strategic planning.

Oversee design and delivery of onboarding (Phaidonite Academy), advanced sales programs, coaching, and group sessions.

Drive innovation through blended learning, technology integration, and data-driven enhancements.

Lead a team of Regional Senior Consultants and Consultants.

Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.

Foster collaboration and a culture aligned with company values.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and People partners.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align intake dates with training capacity.

Communicate program impact and consultant progress using data insights.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Use Mercury, Power BI, Horizon, and RevOps data to evaluate effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Global L&D, Tools & Tech Enablement, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment and integration.

Experience Required

Proven experience leading global or multi-regional L&D or Sales Enablement teams.

Strong background in recruitment or sales training within a commercial environment.

Expertise in onboarding and continuous development program design and delivery.

Proficiency in learning technology platforms and data analytics tools (Mercury, Power BI, RevOps, Horizon).

Ability to travel as required.
