Position
Inside Sales Manager – Ferguson is seeking an individual who loves meeting people and delivering phenomenal customer service and who is eager to contribute directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization.
Responsibilities
Work hand-in-hand with Sales associates by performing the administrative functions that ensure customer needs are met. Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing. Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
Qualifications
Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines; able to establish relationships and thrive in a team environment. Prior management experience preferred. 2+ years experience in the fire and fabrication industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.

Pay Range
$4,331.70 - $9,529.30 per month (salaried roles). Estimated ranges may be displayed monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other roles.

This role is eligible for Bonus or Incentive Plan. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
