to help grow our business by building strong relationships with local employers. What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with local businesses
Prospect consistently through cold outreach, drop-ins, networking, and referrals
Meet face-to-face with decision-makers to understand workforce needs
Present tailored staffing and workforce solutions
Partner closely with recruiting team members to ensure client success
Track activity, goals, and results using CRM tools
Represent Express professionally at community events

Ownership of goals, numbers, and outcomes
Openness to coaching, feedback, and accountability
