Responsibilities
On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, focusing on helping people and meeting their needs. Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. Adapt to a fast-paced environment; stay current with evolving technology and how we meet customers’ needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. If you don’t have sales experience, training and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals. Pay and Benefits
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $17.54 per hour plus up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn around $62,460 per year. Starting salary may vary by geography, experience, and training. Perks and Benefits
