Our rapidly expanding consulting team is seeking a talented Membership & Marketing Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting association clients and driving member success. What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for members and volunteers, delivering exceptional customer service. Manage and update membership databases, ensuring accurate tracking of renewals and engagement. Craft compelling communications including emails, newsletters, and social media content to boost member interaction. Assist with membership growth initiatives, analyze trends, and develop targeted recruitment and retention strategies. Support committee activities and Board meetings by preparing materials, scheduling, and documenting proceedings. Coordinate logistics for conferences, meetings, and events, including vendor engagement and attendee management. Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, enhance member experience, and contribute to strategic projects. Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in membership services, marketing, communications, association management, or related areas. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong relationship-building skills with volunteer leaders, Board members, and stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or AMS platforms (preferred). Ability to think strategically about engagement and growth opportunities. Comfortable handling event logistics and meeting coordination. Self-starter with a collaborative spirit, adaptable to a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel and work on-site during conferences and events. Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with website management and content updates. Background in event planning or volunteer engagement. Familiarity with social media marketing strategies. Prior experience in nonprofit or association settings. Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related field. 3+ years in client-facing or membership engagement roles, ideally in associations or nonprofits. Other Requirements:
