Summary of Position:

Handle inbound calls, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and utilize sales skills to increase customer loyalty and revenue while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support through troubleshooting and outstanding customer service.

Use sales training to recommend and sell products that meet the customer’s needs, including subscriptions.

Follow policies & procedures for quality and consistency.

Consistently meet and/or exceed Customer Care Team accountabilities.

Qualifications

High‑school diploma or GED.

Minimum 1 year of customer support or sales experience in retail, restaurant, or call center.

Ability to work in‑office as required.

Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Effective verbal and written communication.

Computer proficiency (Windows, multi‑system navigation).

Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with change.

Keyboarding 40 WPM.
