Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to customers and help them choose the right parts Assist with product recommendations and solutions relevant to customer needs Maintain accurate order processing and inventory handling Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Benefits and culture
