Are you a people person who loves being the friendly voice on the other end of the line? We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our in-house call center team! In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month to keep things exciting. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with lightning speed and top-notch professionalism.

Schedule service appointments like a pro to keep everything running smoothly.

Conduct follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and coming back.

Maintain high customer satisfaction by listening carefully, providing accurate information, and delivering stellar service with a smile.

Collaborate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure appointments are scheduled smoothly and customers are informed about any changes.

Keep our database sharp by maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer information.

Meet monthly performance goals and continuously strive to improve results.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license.

The ability to work assigned shift with punctuality and reliability.

Excellent communication skills—whether talking, typing, or texting, you’ve got it!

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Computer skills that enable you to perform effectively.

Bonus points if you have experience in the automotive industry; if not, training is provided.
